Terrible experience

I ordered from Nandos Carlton Centre, the order was delivered with some of the food missing.
The bag that the food was in was drenched in sauce and torn.
The burger was in a horrible state, turned upside down in the box and in all messed up.
It seems as if the order was dropped and put back together.
when i called the delivery guy, he pretended as if he could not hear me.. which got me even more angry at the situation.
for the price you pay for nandos, you dont expect a mess up like this...
