Unprofessional Manageress and Long wait for food

Last night we decided to have dinner at Bukhara restaurant in Grand west and invited a couple to come along considering they have never eaten there before. Previously we have always had a good experience and the food was excellent but this time around having sat down to order our food we waited a hour for our meal to arrive. There were two tables who were seated after ours and by the time our meal arrived they were already finished eating. When we asked the waiter where our food was his response was: " Believe it or not but the printer did not print your order by the printer in the kitchen". Had we not asked about our meal, the waiter would have not said anything. To make matters worse, when our food finally arrived the waiter came to us several times to says: " The manager apologises for the inconveniences but the printer is not working". Only when i asked the waiter where the manager was did she come to the table to discuss the issue at hand, she didn't even have the decency to come around to the table the first time we had an issue... I'm shocked at the poor service we received when you spend so much money on your meal at Bukhara and the service!!!
