Management irresponsible

I walk into spur at jabulani mall, i then asked one of the waiter if i could go to the toilet, before i can sit down, when i got in to the toilet i then notice that there is water on the floor, after i finished i wanted to wash my hands, there was no running water, so i walk down to receiption told them and they called the manage, i told him about the incident, he went and checked n found what i found, when he came back to me he just "ok, we'll fix the problem" as he was passing me by i asked him "excuse me, i have'nt washed my hands" thats when he showed me to wash my hands in another toilet. i washed my hands, sat down n ordered my food, ate and left.. from that manager i didnt even get an appology for the incident, that me off.
