Bad Service & incompassion

On 05/10/13 i had a party for my daughter at spur & we were served by Nonhlanhla, 1st the kids were served but there was no cutlery & the kids had to eat with their hands, my friend ordered food & she was also served food without cutlery, no wipes & no water to rinse her hands. we had to constantly run after Nhlanhla as she gave us no attention at all, 1 of the kids asked for water & we asked almost 3 waiters but none of them brought the water up until the kid took a glass to the kitchen to ask for water. & then when we were about leave my sisters 5 year old lil girl fell of the stairs when she went to the bathroom & had a deep cut on her eyebrow & she got a stitch, what really upset me is that she fell next to the staff & she had blood flowing all over her face & not even one of the staff bothered to pick her up or come with the emergency kit, they gave her one look & the other kids brought her to our table even when i went past them none of them was even bothered by the situation, there was blood all over the place but they didnt care, they only started to act when i asked for the manager, we were taken to the hospital & we were promised that we will be contacted but til 2day nothin
