Waitress doesn't wash her hands after using toilet

Saw a Willoughby & Co waitress walk out of the toilet stall tonight and straight back to work without washing her hands!! Needless to say I was beyond disgusted, especially considering I eat at the restaurant and that's whom manages my food. Definitely not eating there ever again!
