Spur has no toilet

I wanted to take my wife out as a present for her graduation. staff was friendly but soon discovered they have no toilet for customers. Is this legal? If you want to visit the toilet to go to the loo you have to leave the restaurant and go to public toilets in tie area. This is not acceptable our evening was spoiled and we left. If you want to run a restaurant the least you can have is a toilet. I will never go there again and advise my friends the same. We are both chefs and like spur food but this one took the prize for stupidity.
