KFC has continued to disappoint, time and time again, complaint after complaint.

I have made numerous complaints to KFC about three branches and the quality of food and service or lack there of. I have been contacted by the customer care line to explain my experience and I have been contacted by the store manages who apologized for the poor experience.

But still, the bad quality food just keeps on coming. Customers are clearly ignored and issues discarded as it is not in KFC's best interest to ensure the well being of the customer.

The chicken I got from the store in Mulbarton today was oily and bland at best. This final bad experience has aided me into making my mind up about KFC and I have decided that these stores are not worthy of my patronage and I will now spend my money somewhere quality is taken seriously and the customer has priority
