Shoprite Goodwood - toilets are discusting!

28/10/2013 I took my father in law to the Shoprite in Goodwood (Voortrekker rd, close to the station) to do his monthly shopping. I asked if I can pls use the toilet facilities, and employee took me to the facilities, first a security guard searched the employee, we went up the stairs and had to walk through the canteen area were staff was having a break. The lady showed me the toilet area, firstly I had to look in every stall as there was no toiletpaper available, lucky I had some tissues in my bag. At the basins the two hand wash dispensers was empty, on two of the basins was bags containing something you could use to wash your hands with, firstly I could not get the bag open, upon squeezing the bag a saw that small holes was made and a liquid squirted out that had no smell and looked like water, so how hygienic it was I had no idea, there was not paper available to dry my hands so I had to use my shirt. What shocked me is that the store had a butchery and a bakery, so how clean was die meat and bread you buy if the staff can't even wash their hands with decent hand wash and dry it with proper paper towels. This is not the way you treat your staff, shame on you!
