Worst family experience

On Sunday i took my niece and mom for supper at Spur as my brother had just left to Pretoria. We ordered our meals, my niece had a chicken and mayo sandwiches, my mom had calamari and hake while i had the cheese bacon burger. I went to the toilet to wash my hands by was disturb by the smell that came from the brownish water in the toilet. After waiting 30 minutes our meals where served. My burger was burnt. It did not resemble a patty but a lump of coal. My bacon was burnt as well. i called for the manager and he was shocked at the condition of my meal. He apologized and told me that the cook will pay for the meal. he asked if i wanted anything else but i declined because the foal taste in my mouth. i didn't understand why it was served when it was so badly burnt. that wasn't the worst part of our supper. My nieces sandwiches where served cold with stale mayo. The manager was called again and he apologized by then i was so angry asked for my bill and left. That night my niece suffered with a runny tummy which only stopped early Monday morning I was really upset by the lack of professionalism from such an established company. Out of the 3 meals purchased only 1 was satisfactory.
