I was disappointed with the manner in which a complaint was dealt with after we waited an unacceptably long time for our food to arrive. Our food arrived cold from the kitchen, and the side salads and salad plate took an additional 15 to 20 minutes to arrive from the kitchen, which they did, one by one after numerous complaints. We had almost finished our meal by the time all of the salads were on our table.

Our waiter acknowledged the poor delivery from the kitchen and relayed the complaint to the manager/s who watched the entire event from the safety of their stations inside.

The manager/s of the branch should have acknowledged the complaint and bad service from the kitchen, which would have curtailed this entire complaint, as well as maintaining myself and family as a potential customer. Ocean Basket will not receive money from me again due to this poor behaviour.
