Urgent intervention required at Mcdonalds Norkem

On 21/07/2013 I took my overseas guests to Mcdonalds hoping it will be a memorable experience. It turned out to be a disaster. We were about 12 people and went in about 10:00am. The cashier got the order all mixed up and when it arrived about 20 minutes later, the hot drinks were ice cold and we were not so wanting the food anymore. We were first told that breakfast was closed and could not give us the correct order. We were then told that we have to pay more to have the order fixed up. We paid and about 15 mins later the manager came there to say they can not help us and we should have called her and talk to the cashier at the table. How should we know this? We then had to buy burgers as they could not make the correct order and refused to replace the cold coffee unless we paid again. The food received was sloppy and hash browns burnt, could have been deliberate. I returned from KZN on 11/08/2013 @ 22:00 after dropping off my guests. The drive through still got the order wrong and I had to drive back from to fix the order. Staff/management need training and should learn how to interact with people.
