Bad service

We went out to have some Calamari at spur, however when we got there, we were told that the Calamari will be of bad quality if we order it as they dont grill it, only fried. Instead we ordered ribs. It was only the 2 of us, and then later on when I wanted to put some spur sauce over my food, the bottle was empty??? serious? Then a manager came around and asked us if he could squeeze another 6 people into our table, we were sitting right on the end already??? This was the worst experience we had at any Spur EVER!!! and we are loyal customers, always celebrating our birthdays at Spur, and usually we are a party of people. However, this experience was pathetic. When we complained about it, it was said that it was a "trainee manager"- the most pathetic excuse.
