Bad customer service at Ocean Basket Stellenbosch

Ordered fish and veggies and had e few grains of rice and a calamari tube underneath my fish fillets. Looked like either the plate had not been cleaned or the fish fillets plated on my plate came from another plate from a previous customer. Upon talking to the manager, I was told that the entire kitchen area is open and clean and that what I was implying was not a possibility. The manager did not apologise once, instead made me feel like I was wrong to lodge a complaint. The manager then proceeded to give a voucher of R50 off which could only be used after a purchase of R200.
