Leaking travel mug

I purchased a promotion a while ago and what persuaded me was the free travel mug with a cuppachino & muffin. So I thought I would try out the mug today without testing it, which I should of, but why would KFC give away leaking travel mugs. Needless to say it leaked coffee all over me and my car today so I'm really annoyed. Why do you give away leaking travel mugs?? Not impressed.
