Poor service that I walked out and wasn't noticed

I went through to Angelo's last Wed evening 10/07/13 around 7.30/8pm.
The place was busy however there was a few seats available outside as well as inside. Firstly I walked to the till counter waiting for a seat as there was nobody even entertaining customers entering the place-didn't know what to do to get someone's attention. Then the waitress at the till blonde girl -didn't get her name, didn't hear me correctly as I asked for a table, she just mumbles and goes over to the guys making the pizza assuming I was there for a takeaway when I distinctly said I need a table. Then when her confusion cleared after I brought to her attention again that I was there for a table, she seats me as I preferred outside and I requested a heater to be turned on. She disappears I wait like 15min without any waiter/ress being assigned to my table nor a heater. I try to get someone's attention however nobody pitches up, I turn and leave the restaurant. They would remember me as I was the only Indian customer there that night. I was blatantly ignored as the other guests were being attended to. I would never go there ever. Disgusted and disappointed that this attitude still exists in restaurants
