I went to the grooming department of one of your stores. After getting what I went to the store for, I was caught by one of the marketing posters. It was for CH travel mugs, loosely translated it said you get 2 travel mugs when you purchase a any fragrance, that is 50ml or more.

Please note, the operative word here is FRAGRANCE and not EDP/EDT or any of those more expensive variants of a fragrance. So I naturally went for the cheaper option (150ml Deo), which according to what was on the poster would have been enough for me to qualify for this offer. Unfortunately, the sales lady stated that the only products that qualified for this promo were EDT/EDP, which is understandable but was not stated as such on the poster. I understand the lady was following what is deemed to be standard practice and maybe the marketing dept. slipped up, this will unfortunately lead to a lot of unnecessary debates between staff and customers.
