Bone in Pizza Nightmare turns to RAW pizza

I had reported bone in pizza last month, i was called by the call centre and owner, who asked me to introduce myself next time i go there.
I went Friday 7:PM and said hi, the manager knew i was the one who reported the matter and was friendly as usual. The owner seems nice. I ordered th large chicken crust special etc... to be collected 8pm. I got there 8 and after an apology for the delay and the staff forgetting my order, 8:07 miraculously pizza done.
Got home, ate slice and noticed dough was too cheesy :(
I had eaten edges off but it was horrible experience.
The next day, Saturday i sent a letter and a slice of the dough Pizza to send off to the sandton branch requesting to be called and explaining my anger and disappointment. i Called in to explain and sent the slice down with my telephone number. IT WAS DISGUSTING! so much uncooked dough.it pulled and stretched-no wonder it took 7mins. Did they do this to teach me a lesson on the report!!! I deserved an apology or credit for it. i even offered to bring the whole pizza from home. Still waitng for a call as i know Both the owner and Manager have my number. In under a month my feelings towards them has changed
