Resolution Health Medical Scheme
No travel insurance

Last year i went to China for business. In order to get my Visa i needed travel insurance. I phoned Resolution Health to get the needed documents from them, couple of hours they sent me an email with i letter stating that i have got travel insurance.

Today i phoned them again for the same thing, and the lady tells me that they have decided to cancel all travel insurance for 2013. So i asked if there is any other way that she can help me but all she could tell me is "NO, Resolution do not cover travel insurance for 2013". She could not help me with an alternative nothing. When i asked to speak to someone else she put me on hold and my call was never answered again.

I've been a client with resolution for 4 years. I pay R2700 per month and they could not even help push me in the right direction.
