Taj restaurant brakenhurst treats customers poorly

My friends and I are regulars at the Taj restaurant in brakenhurst. Last week Thursday, 16/5/13 we met up at Taj to enjoy some good meal and company. We were seated on table closets the door, which was left open all the time. Hen we asked to close it, they ignored us. When we saw an open table far away from the door, we asked to be seated there. We were told that it was reserved for other customers. We saw that by end of business it was never occupied. We asked manager why, he said the customers did not pitch. We told him, its not fair they dint listen to their customers requests, especially loyal customers. His words were, "I don't care". How shocking! With so much disrespect to customers, what are they putting in our food? The quality of food has dropped drastically, yet we try to help, they ignore us and don't want to learn. Everyone eating there please be aware.
