Bad experiece due to staff

On 19 May 2013 my husband and I was on our way to the coast and stopped at the Steers in Mvoti at 17:16 to have a bite to eat. When we entered the Steers restaurant the seating area was closed and the staff very rudely informed us that we can not sit in the restaurant to enjoy our meal since it has already been cleaned. The staff on duty at the Steers were very loud to the point that we had to ask them to talk softer, it was a mad house.

When we received our order my husband and I had to sit outside the restaurant, on a cold winter aftrenoon, to have our meal. This is unacceptable since the shop was still open but the restaurant (sit down facilities) was closed already. There was no business hours visible and thus we feel the staff treated us unfairly by not allowing us to sit inside.

We are very disapointed by the lack of sevice we got.
