05/01/2014 - what a bad start to the New Year at Food Lovers Market. Dropped in for some fresh produce and have a taste of Sushi. When seated, the turn table was EMPTY! Two sushi chefs- both preparing sushi that was not reaching the sit down customers. When I requested a plate and chopsticks I was rudely told by the chef:, 'you are late we close at 1pm', with sulking faces. The time of our arrival was at 12:15pm.
People who continuously walked in and requested take -away orders were helped 1st. None of the take away orders were informed or told ' sorry we close at 1pm. The sushi process simply carried on for them and still no sushi for the seated people or turn table. The seated customers where simply ignored.
2 chefs: why can one simply assist the take away orders and the other make for the seated customers?
Still feeling hungry, I had to purchase from the other deli
Horrible experience - Never have I been treated with such disrespect.
