Albert has a very bad attitude towards cuss toners

Me and my wife went into the restaurant at 21:45 wanting to buy take away.he (Albert 's assistant) said they were closed.
I asked him if the shop is closed why is the door still open and why is there no closed sign, he said he does not have close signs and that he doesn't have to close the door.we went into cappaccino's next to it, they were also about to close but they served us well and gave very good customer service, I feel this is very bad customer service and I have never been treated this bad in any ocean basket that I have been at. Ocean is me and my wife's favorite fish resturant and if this is the service they promote for their customers then i think I be just do fine without it.
He actually acted like he was doing us favour, showing off and all how he can write down his name for us if we wanted to complain... I mean really... customers should be treated with care.i work with customers too and I always make sure that they leave with a smile... Albert does not deserve to work with people... you cannot chase customers away when they are already inside, if you the restaurant is closed, the door should be closed!!!
