Smoking door open

My family and i eat everyday at wimpy northgate, they all know us there. however we always have to complain about the smoking door been left open, or they don't close it completely. we have walked past many times the entire door is left open, obviously to air out. there are times when we enter the store and the door is open. we tell the waiters and waitresses to please close it properly, some do and some don't care. when we complained the first time to the manager on duty, he said customers were not closing the door, please do not underestimate me, we are not stupid, we sit there and see what happens. we have asked for the store owners cell no, which we phoned some time ago, left a message but never received a call back, therefor i am making a complain on to get some results, why is it that we have to always complain over and over every day about this, our meal is ruined by the smoke that comes out of that room, really not fair on us or any of the paying customers you receive. great place just spoilt by this, please give me feedback. maybe put a spring loading door because this is not working well.
