Extra cheese?!

Yesterday we ordered a bacon and ago cheese burger. I told the young man I want beef. So he confirmed its beef patty, cheese bacon and avo. My husband ordered and the cashier asked for his payment without disclosing the amount. Be gave us the speedpoint receipt and told us to wait. As this happened four times before we asked for the till receipt. To no suprice there we were charged for extra cheese. As I was already at our table my husband asked who told him to add cheese on which he pointed to me... We brought this to the managers attention and phoned. When we received my burger it did not have the slice of cheese on. This is really unecceptable. Like I said its the fourth time al the same steers they just add cheese and we must pay. I really need feedback ASAP on this or I will lay formal charges of and.
