Old Food, Staff Incompetence

Received order incorrectly; Did not give a slip for purchase; Waited unnecessarily long for order; When incorrect order arrived was told to rectify order by going through entire process again due to lack of competency of unprofessional and very unhelpful staff; Then just decided to leave with incorrect order as was afraid they would obliterate it further; Turns out food that was served to us, was reheated old chips that was extremely oily, some raw and others burnt to shreds. Would not have drafted this complaint if it was the first time I received service from this McDonalds, but as i understand it McDonalds is an international company that should keep to a certain standard. Maybe most are, but i think I have experienced better service and better quality from some rural street vendor outlets.
