EEEUUWWW!!

On the 14/05/2013 went with my family to mcDonalds in Boksburg (the one next to Checkers Hyper). Went there around 18:30pm. We used the drive-thru because the restuarant/sit in area is under renovations. The person taking the order was fast asleep you could tell by the way he was taking your order, and it became even more evident when we went to pay.

When we got home the chips were brown and soggy, not the type of chips that i'm accustomed to from McD's. They tasted like old chips that were just reheated. I understand that it's going under renovations but that shouldn't affect the quality of food that is given to your loyal customers. Maybe you should renovate your staff too.

Totally disgusted.
