Food burned or half of order not given

On the 2nd of March 2013 we went to Mcdonalds in Gandhi Square and ordered a big breakfast, when we got back to our office the food was burned. On the 9th of March 2013 we went back to Mcdonalds and yet again ordered the Big Breakfast thinking that they had a problem the first time with the machines. No such luck, this time half the food was missing. We work in a bank and only have one break on a Saturday to go get food, so if the food is bad or incorrect we cannot leave the bank to take it back. Mcdonalds has always provided the best quality food, but now I'm thinking of not going back. if this is the service we are going to get i would rather be late getting back to the office than support Mcdonalds. Mcdonalds Gandhi Square needs to pick up their service and quality or they will lose a lot of customers.
