Worst service imaginable

Not the first time I got really bad service from Burger Bar Wierda Park, Centurion. I called a few minutes ago to place an order, the person on the other side was mumbling and when i asked if i am at burger bar i got only a dull "YES". I told her sarcastically I can hear she is extremely happy to be at work, she ignored me put the phone down and called someone else to take the call - the person who took the call was the manager and I know this because i recognise her voice from a previous incident. I told her the staff in the store are rude and asked if they treated all their clients the same way and all i got is " i apologise for that". Previously i ordered a burger and wanted to remove a few things but wanted to replace them with extra's of the same value. Firstly the same manager was on a personal call and made the staff member wait 5 minutes for her to finish fighting over the phone and then told me point blank no they can't do it. We have been customers since Burger Bar had NO clients but lately the service and attitude is up to. I will stop supporting burger bar as i would rather pay more at steers but get MUCH BETTER SERVICE. Burger bar service is appalling.. Never again.
