Really bad service

I had a really bad experience with Steers today
I ordered the avo and cheese burger, got to the car took a bite and noticed there was no avo on, I then went back and reported this and kindly asked for avo to be put on the burger. The kitchen staff gave bad attitude and didn't want to assist and prolonged getting the avo and putting it on the burger I had to wait 20 minutes before they actually decided to do something, by then my burger was cold, and they put on a bit of avo. I then told them that it's now cold. The cashier after counting money touched my burger with her bare hands (to feel if it's cold) then gave it to the kitchen staff to warm up and they gave their bad attitude about that too throwing comments. I then mentioned that I'm going to call head office and the cashier told the guy he should make the burger. He gave me that same burger they messed with. Then after she told him to make a new one, where as he left out the avo again. I don't believe this is how staff should behave as it was really bad. And I was being polite and friendly. If this is how steers staff behaves then I won't show any more support. It's unacceptable
