Lying to me

I called Nando's on 0317011863 @ about 19h40 requesting my order to be delivered, a man by the name of Musin told me that they couldn't deliver because it was after 20h00. When I checked my watch it was 19h42 and I confirmed with the time on DSTV. I told him that it was even before 19h45 so he can't be ignorant and tell me that the time in the shop is 20h02 because both of us are in South Africa and we should be using South African time. When I asked for Regional Manager's contact, he refused to give it to me, instead he gave customer care number which is closing at 19h00.
