Failure to correct mistakes on fast food orde

I ordered a burger with no pickles. When I got the burger it had pickles on it. I sent it back, asking them to make a new burger without pickles. Again i received a burger with pickles. When i pointed this out to the staff member, she told me to remove the pickles myself. I asked to see the manager and she said she would call the manager, but the manager never came. I went to the counter to ask for the manager and explained the situation. I also explained that for people with allergies, you can't simply take off unwanted ingredients - you have to prepare food without those ingredients. She undertook to address the situation, but we'll see about that. I've lost faith in this specific outlet. They have repeatedly made mistakes on previous orders and seem unable to improve their service. From now one I'll drive a few extra kilometers and order from someone that can actually get the order right the first time.
