Beef instead of vegetable burger!!!

I went to McDonald's and ordered a vegetable burger meal as a take away meal. My slip said it was a vegetable burger meal and the lady that announced the meal was ready also said it was a vegetable burger meal. When i got back to my office I opened the box and it was a beef burger in the box. This is really bad as it is the second time this has happened when I ordered a vegetable burger, I let it pass as a mistake the first time. It is highly unacceptable as it is against my religion to eat beef, If I wanted a beef burger in both incidents then I would have ordered a beef burger.
