Superb service and issue resolved without a hitch!

Last week I took my mother to Spur in Clearwater mall. Our waitress was Bonsani and all I can say is that she is one of the best people in the customer services industry!!! From the moment we sat down she catered to all our needs. We did have an issue with out food, my meal was not prepared the way in which I requested and my mothers food was not up to scratch. This didnt hamper her service though. She took the complaint straight to Precious, the manager on duty. Precious was there in a flash and offered us complimentary drinks whilst we waited for our meals to come back.
I must say that these two people have provided me with the best service I have experienced at a restaurant in a very long time and Precious handled the situation they way you would expect a good manager to do so.
These two must be commended for their wonderful and refreshing service in an industry which very seldom meets expectations!
