Bad Customer Service, Management and Style

Good day

Firstly i will like to know why when you buy six drinks at a time, they open all the drinks with out you telling them. And when you suppose to leave with them your are not allowed to have a take away, they will tell you that you are not suppose to leave with the drinks is't either you through away your drinks in a dust bin/ drink all of them. (If they do it on drinks the may as well do it on food). And by so doing that they know that you will not even get refunded for you drinks if you had a emergency to attend to.

Secondly - Security, the new lady security will let the ladies come in at night check them and allow them to enter, probably later one of the ladies will have to go back outside to get something, and when she comes back shell will not allow her inside where as she left her staff and drinks inside, telling them to bring ID'S where as them themselves do not walk with ID'S and i do not think that these securities Have proper qualification.

thirdly - the management luck management skills how can you laugh when one of you customer get beaten by your security, when you complain the security will tel you to go to better places- while the manager is the
