Poor Service

On the 15th of September 2013 my family and I went to Spur - Clearwater Mall. When we sat down there were bread crumbs on the table and our placemats were dirty. After ordering our drinks we waited quit a while for it to arrive. When it arrived we told the waitress (Bonisani) to just give us 5 minutes as we have not yet decided on what we wanted to eat. We waited about 15 to 20 minutes for Bonisani (the waitress) to return and take our order for our food. We waited almost a half and hour for our food to arrive. Whilst eating our food we were not asked once by Bonisani (our waitress) how the food was or if there is anything else she could get us, instead we asked one of the Manageress if we could please just have some more drinks. The food was un appetising and we did not enjoy it one bit. We also did not enjoy the service we received. We are in passion of the order receipt as well as the payment receipt.
