Bad Service, Bad Customer Service and Bad Managem

We experienced the most horrendous service ever from two staff members at this Spur, which is a pity as we WERE regular customers there. When ordering drinks, we SPECIFICALLY asked the waitress if the drinks we wanted to try out had any alcohol in them (to which she replied in the negative), as one of us is allergic to alcohol. It was thus an absolute shock to us when the drinks were received; to find that it actually contained alcohol. After inquiring further, and actually been forced to ask for the bottles with the ingredients to prove that the drinks actually had alcohol in them, the drinks were returned with no apology given. We tried overlooking all this as the waitress who replaced the first waitress was rather jolly and pleasant, it was thus an utter shock when we were still billed for the returned drinks and had a rather rude manager and the waitress who served us the drinks accuse us of lying and hurling all sorts of abuses at us till we refused to pay. It is an utter shame that the work of so many is tainted by the bad service and attitude of waitresses like Precious and the manager who attended to us, Tapfuma.
