BAD ATTITUDE CLEARWATER MALL SPUR

I was offered a meal voucher by my employers and I requested that they give me a voucher I can use preferably Spur Clearwater. They paid and I received a letter which is supposedly a voucher from Clearwater Spur indicating the voucher is only redeemable at Clearwater. I have no problems with that since it was the restaurant of my choice until this Saturday. The issue is I visited the Clearwater restaurant on Saturday with the voucher and asked the lady at reception on how I should go about redeeming the voucher, sadly to say before she could explain anything to me the manager passed by and without even hearing what I had to say and just gave a remark that they don't give change on vouchers and if I should just use the voucher and risk losing all whether I have used it full or partially used it. This really disappointed me so much especially that the manager didn't even bother asking or knowing the background of my issue and also that considering its a R1000 voucher and at any given time I can not utilise the full amount and would be happy to carry forward any balances that I would have to another time that I visit the mall. I pass 3 other Spur Restaurants just to go to Clearwate
