Great waitering service

I would like to express a great satisfaction with the service received by the waiter called Sipho. i took my mother for a early morning breakfast and the service was excellent. i prefer a lot of milk in my coffee. without having to ask for more as i normally have to do at restaurants, he asked if the milk would be enough. the first cup of coffee was also very watery and tasted like the previous nights last filter. but Sipho came back with a beautiful fresh cup of strong coffee. i use to waiter in my day as well. i know just how important it is to get things right and not to wait for the client to ask you 7 times to bring something. i do hope that Sipho's brilliant attitude and professional work manner will spill over to his fellow waiters.
