Horrible birthday thanks to Dros

We had a big table of 14 people, mainly because we had kids with us who wanted to play in the kids area. We had to wait a long time to be served. Only a few of us could place an order, then the waiter disappeared. Another waiter was asked to bring the rest of the drinks. He forgot half of the order. We wanted to order food and had to look for the waiter again to place the order. The kids ordered frozen yoghurt and only 3 out of the 4 were delivered. We had to ask for the 4th twice and waited 15 minutes to get it. My food was brought 20minutes after everyone had theirs already. It was cold, and the flapjacks were stale, as if they were made 2 days earlier. the only good thing of the whole experience was the coffee. The manager was no where to be found and only showed up 10 minutes before we left. Dros will not see me again.
