Bug/Fly in Food

Hi

Friday 01/02/2013 we bought a family feast at the above mentioned KFC. Overall the store is very good in service. But what happened on Friday was utterly discussing and disappointing.
The one burger that we ordered with the meal was I think old, the lettuce looked terrible and then to top it off we found some kind of insect or fly in the sauce.
I was sick to tell you the least.

I went back to the store and the manager (very nice lady) offered me my money back on the burger (R10, Maybe), really!

This is in my eyes extremely bad for any fast food restaurant and even worse for a huge brand like KFC.
