Primi serves bad food and gives bad service

On the 14th Dec my wife and I went to Primi in Menlyn to have some dinner. I had a burger as usual with extra mushroom sauce. During the meal I discovered that the burger was not up to standard and that the mushroom sauce did not taste as usual - in fact it tasted very bad. I called the waiter and asked for some other mushroom sauce and explained the burger was not very nice. They took about 12min and brought me another mushroom sauce. this tasted even worse and I then asked to speak to the manager. I explained to her that the mushroom sauce was not nice and that the burger was not good and that I had been battling to eat it. She immediately went on the offensive and said that no other customer has complained about it. I explained that we ate there very often, and that the burger and sauce was not up to standard. She ignored this and left. I did not eat half of the burger or the mushroom sauce. I asked for the bill and was surprised to discover that they had not removed the sauce at least from the bill. I paid and when we left saw the manager again on the way out. I said to her that this will be taken further, and that it is not a way to treat you customers. Bad taste
