Bad service and quality of food!

I went through the drive through at KFC, Rosemead Avenue last Friday. When ordering my zinger burger meal i asked the assistant to please make sure that there was enough sauce on my burger, as there is nothing worse than a dry burger.

When collecting my food at the "pick up hatch", I opened my burger to look at the amount of sauce that was on it, which to me seemed less than normal. I then told the assistant this for him to tell me there is enough!

After leaving the drive through out of anger, I get home to open my burger which was a cernal burger (They gave me the wrong burger) with the entire top part of the burger being an entire piece of fat! I also ordered a portion of zinger wings which had hair on them, indicating the chicken was not cleaned as it should have been.

This is not only disappointing but disgusting and does not meet my standard of take out food, The level of customer service has also gone down tremendously!

Rosemead avenue is one of the only KFC in the southern suburbs that did not disappoint me, therefore I did not mind driving all the way there
