Bad service, bad food, bad experience

Bad Service - I ordered a sit down meal, at twenty past one during my lunch break. after waiting till quarter two i got up and inquired, only to be ignored. walking back to my table i saw there was a plate with what later turned out to be my chicken waiting with no sides in it. At ten two I went back to ask again at which point my sides were dished and my food was brought to me. This left my five minutes to eat my food.

General cleanliness - When I looked for a table in the restaurant most of the tables were open, however the open tables had dirty dishes on them. this is understandable if customers just left however it remained this way for my entire distasteful stay. While waiting for my food, i decided to read through one of the menu's on my table, only to be jumped by a cockroach when i opened it up. The knife that came with my food had a Broken handle which was difficult to hold without being pinched by it, not to mention that it was blunt with a smooth blade witch made it impossible to cut my bread.

Food - Not only was this the smallest chicken I was ever served it was not done properly with blood on the bones
