KFC
Poor service

As this has happened before at the very same branch in Brackenfell i thought i would report it. So as with the first time which i decided to let go as mistakes happen i have now a good few weeks later gone to the specified KFC's drive through and experienced the same issue. As i don't normally carry cash on me the best is to just have my debit card avaliable. The problem here is that for some reason this branch has an issue with their card machines. On the first occasion it took several attempts of swiping (which can look bad for me as people think i don't have money on my card as it declines) and obtaining of notices that it in fact didn't go through to my account because i obviously don't want to pay multiple times for KFC.

So the first time i was at this branch for around a hour sorting this out while my food got cold. The second occasion which was yesterday i had the same problem and decided i don't care if it went through more than once just give me my food but then to make matters worse my order was incorrect.(Been the picky person of not wanting garnish:) ) Anyway i think this needs to be resolved as cold food, incorrect orders, and declined payments isn't ideal.
