I purchased an expensive mattress, in December and a month later the mattress had already indented much more than it should have. In January I went back to the store to file my complaint, and I was told that they would contact me and arrange to come and look at the mattress.

I was never contacted, so I went back 8 times to the store and was told the same thing every time, yet I still wasn't contacted.

So I visited another store of Beds From Home (Shop 7 and 8 Builders Warehouse) only to find out that my complaint was never sent to the factory/head office. The manager then sent an email to the head office/factory and again I was told they would contact me. 2 weeks later I went back still not having been contacted. The same manager phoned the person in charge of this complaint. And i was given many excuses as to way I had not been helped.

After 4 months I was told that they would not go look at the mattress, and that it was my job to bring it in, different to what I was first told.

They refused my refund, and told me it was too late! (Even though I had complained 4 months earlier.) I was then extremely rudely told by the head office that it was not really their problem.
