I want nandos to refund me and do more training

I placedd my oder for two idlanathi meal and da shop was not busy only 3customers were behind me da cashier was very slow she told me I have to pay saparate cause am using a debit card I said ok then I payed for my 1st meal when I was waiting to pay for a second meal she told me I can't use the same card I must give another card to pay then I told her I don't have another card and she said she can't help me then I had to tell her to cancel da oder and refund me cause I payed already for da 1st meal and she said she won't be able to do that al have to wait it will be a long process then they closed da till and left me waiting there da oder cashier opened anorther till till to serve da ada costomers I was waiting there for about 15mnt I had to leave da shop without my refund please this cashiers need to be trained on customer service
