Time to get food

I placed my order at 20:30 and was told by the cashier to wait 18mins for my food i said no problem that is Ok. After waiting 20min i asked for my meal another cashier told me to wait an extra 10mins i said, Ok. While the cashier that first took my order was cleaning up. So there were other customers that came after me also waiting. After waiting so long tensions were raising. One lady who came after me just raised her voice about how long it took to get her meal and she received her meal. She placed her order few mins after me and got it before. So I went asked the cashier for my meal. Instead of getting my meal she got two other persons meal who ordered after me. That me off, i asked for the manager three time only when i started screaming did the manager come. The look on her face seemed like there was nothing wrong. I explained by no response so i screamed at her then it clicked what was wrong. Why do we need to go to extremes to get food. Im paying for the food and service. Now coming to the festive season we don't need this.
