I am a regular customer of Nandos, at least once a week. Last night I placed my regular order for collection. A festive Meal and starter liver, total of R162.80.

Collection
When i went to collect there was a line behind each of the 2 working tills. I queued behind till number 1 and when it was my turn was told that all collections are on till number 2. I then had to join the line behind till number 2 which was extremely frustrating as I was in a hurry. What is the point of calling in an order if you have to wait anyways.

Order
When I opened my meal at home i found that what is referred to as a jumbo chips was literally half packed.
The Liver had 2 pieces and hardly any gravy
i ordered hot but instead received extra hot. it was so bad that we had to throw the meal away half eaten and trust me we always hot from the same place and this time it definitely was not hot.

This is not the standard of service I expect from Nandos, considering the amount I pay for a meal. I have pictures of my meal to prove this. Please send me the managers details and I will gladly send it to them.
