I went to this new Nandos Canterbury that has just been opened looking forward to enjoying my first meal with them. i am 8 months pregnant and walked about two blocks from my workplace just to get the delicious meal that i have been craving all day. As i placed my Order at a till with Loreen for the 29.90 quater chicken with rice meal. I politely asked them not to put the tomato gravy because i cant eat gravy in my condition as it gives me heartburnn. she blatantly refused and told me that i must order something else or they will not assist me. I then asked to speak to the Manager Ben who told me the same thing with a very unprofessional attitude and when he eventually agreed they still gave the wrong order as if i would not smell the tomato gravy. I found their service ridicules especially being a new branch. what made me even more angry is that i orderd the same thing at another Nandos by Bel Air and they never gave me so much hassle. poor service i must say and did not even enjoy my meal that i craved the whole day. they need customer care training. i was not asking for something else to be added just that i could not eat the gravy and asked not to include it
