Bad attitude

So we are spending today in the Freestate so we decided to get some coffee and breakfast from McDonalds on Ontdekkers Road, Gauteng. We placed our order, which was 3 Cuppacino's and a Egg Mc Muffin Meal, with a coffee, I politely asked Thabisa who took our order if it's possible to replace the coffee with the meal, with a cuppacino, which she just rolled her eyes and walked away. She can back a couple of seconds later and we played. I'm not happy that I got treated like this, she didn't even have the audacity to apologise for her bad attitude. To top it off we haven't got the right order. Instead if 3 cuppacino's we got 3 filter coffee's, which 2 of them was disgustingly awful, and the both one tasted like dish wash water. Where is the good service we always got at this McDonalds? I'm disgusted with this
